LS Technologies is announcing a number of leadership changes, effective January 1, 2020, to better position the company for continued growth.

  • Co-owner and former LST Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Keith Wallace, is stepping away from day-to-day corporate management and will now become the company’s President.  In this role, he will primarily provide ownership input on corporate strategic direction, including client engagement at the strategic level.
  • Allison Poltorak is promoted to CEO.  Allison has served as LST’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) for four years; she assumes the corporate CEO role and its associated fiduciary responsibilities.  Reporting directly to Allison will be Rachel Wardley, VP of Corporate Services and Steve Dash, VP of Strategy and Business Development.
  • Jim Little is promoted to COO, also reporting directly to the CEO.  Jim was previously LST’s VP of Engineering and Program Services; he will now be responsible for operational oversight of all LST client-facing programs and services.

LST is also announcing three new corporate Vice Presidents.

  • Laura Adams, an LST Director since 2015, has been promoted to Vice President of Enterprise Services.  In this new role, Laura will be responsible for leading LST’s enterprise-level management support to the FAA, enabling portfolio management and capability implementation.
  • Mary Kay Snyder, an LST Director since 2012, has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering Services, responsible for LST’s business in the areas of engineering, program management, acquisition management, and system implementation.
  • Recently retired FAA leader Steve Reynolds has joined LST as Vice President of our newly formed Air Traffic Systems organization.  Steve is responsible for developing and leading LST’s business supporting implementation of NAS Air Traffic Control systems.

Finally, LST has selected David Almeida for the newly-created Senior Technical Advisor position.  In this new role, David, an LST Director since 2014, will serve as LST’s senior advisor on technology and related processes, establishing a vision for technical service development and delivery.
