LST is pleased to announce that Allison Poltorak has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2020. Former CEO Keith Wallace now assumes the role of LST President, a role primarily focused on corporate strategy.
Allison previously served as LST’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for operational oversight of all LST client-facing programs and services during a 4-year period of extensive growth for the company. She has more than 35 years of industry experience in program management and business execution, including 15 years developing complex, high performance systems and solutions and integrating them into the FAA’s NAS. Allison has extensive experience in the development and execution of strategic, tactical, and operational business plans. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and a Master’s degree in Engineering Administration from George Washington University.
Jim Little has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, replacing Allison in that role. Jim has been LST’s Vice President of Engineering and Program Services for the last 3 years, responsible for leadership and strategic direction for our highly successful business in the areas of Enterprise Architecture, Systems Engineering, Requirements Development & Management, Acquisition Planning & Execution, Program Management & Implementation, and Technical Training Support. Jim brings to this role more than 35 years of experience in program management, government consulting, program development and execution, and business operations. He has held significant leadership positions in both private industry and the government (FAA), and he holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
