Kristen Beverly has been named Director of Information Architecture within the company’s Air Traffic Management (ATM) Services organization.  He will be responsible for management and execution of information architecture-related programs and service offerings.  Kristen brings to this role more than 10 years of experience in program management, research and planning, and data analysis in support of FAA initiatives including support for the evolution and adoption of the Aeronautical Information eXchange Model (AIXM), leadership and lifecycle planning for the Aeronautical Information Management Modernization (AIMM) program, and concept development support for UAS Traffic Management (UTM).  He has held leadership positions in technology transfer and R&D roles in the commercial sector, and was formerly a managing director for enterprise systems and data analysis at a Government FFRDC.  Kristen holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from University of California, Los Angeles.

Arnol Ketros has been named Director of ATM Research and Engineering within the company’s ATM Services organization.  He will be responsible for management and execution of research and engineering activities for the development, maturation, and validation of ATM concepts.  Areas of responsibility include analysis and engineering of initial requirements, including identification of the impacts and implications of potential operational changes on the current environment.  Arnol has 10 years of experience in the FAA ATM arena, supporting Traffic Flow Management, NextGen, Data Communications, System Wide Information Management (SWIM), UTM, and ICAO activities.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
