Scope: Under the Air Traffic Organization (ATO), this nation-wide contract ensures safe and efficient flight services through maintenance of NAS facilities, systems, and equipment.
LST Support: Functional support includes: program and contract management; network operations, engineering support, and NAS services help desk; cyber operations support; integration, transition and technical support; satellite operations; telecommunications network management and field operations support; business, financial, management, analyst support; and software engineering support.
Scope: Program and Financial Management (Program Scheduling and Oversight, Financial Tracking, Training, Knowledge Management, Logistics Support), Engineering and Planning (Site Surveys, Requirements Analysis, Engineering Design), Technical Documentation (Engineering Drawings, Operational Requirements Documents – ORDs, Test and Integration Plans, Site Specific Implementation Plans – SSIPs, NAS Change Proposals – NCPs), and Training, Testing and Asset Management Support for NAS C3 Emergency Communications Continuity of Operations (COOP) Program.
LST Support: LST provides full life-cycle Program Management, Acquisition, Business/Finance, Engineering, Implementation, Operations and Maintenance of new C3 systems for NAS facilities including classified and/or sensitive locations. Engineering support services include: IT, Voice and Data Exchange, Software Development, Telecommunications Management, Radio Frequency (RF) and Satellite Communications, Emergency Operations Networks and Continuity of Operations.
Scope: Operations Management and Support, Acquisition and Program Management, Studies, Analyses and Evaluations
LST Support: As a subcontractor, LST provides ECSS a broad range of support services including Program Management Support, Acquisition, Business and Engineering Services, Test and Evaluation, Operations support and Project Engineering/ Implementation support. We perform on multiple Task Orders, including Alaskan Satellite Telecommunications Infrastructure (ASTI) Technical and Program Support, NEXCOM Air/Ground Facility Engineering Support, Telecommunications Life-cycle Engineering and Operations Management Support, Enterprise Strategic Services Support, Telecommunications Project Engineering and Implementation Support, Data Communications Program Support and Voice Switch and Recording (VS&R) Program Support.
Scope: IT Communications, Hardware and Software, Monitoring and Engineering, and Security Certification and Accreditation Package (SCAP) support for the NAS Aeronautical Information System Replacement (AISR)/ Special Use Airspace Management System (SAMS) Programs of AIM (Notice to Airman – NOTAMS, Flight Plans, Weather, Special Use Airspace), with Air Traffic Control System Command Center (ATSCC) and FAA (ARTCCs and select TRACONs/ATCTs) and joint FAA/DoD facilities as primary locations. Scope also includes aviation flight filings by a variety of military, civil and government users enabling the plans to be sent into the NAS.
LST Support: LST provides NAS operational hardware and software engineering support for the NAS AISR and SAMS programs of AIM. Supports includes Second-Level Engineering, Baseline Management, System Monitoring and Administration, Hardware/Software Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, Trouble Ticketing, Software Patching and Updating, Security Remediation, Inventory Management, Equipment Repair and/or Replacement, and System Security Testing. LST also provides Software Modification Services required by AJV24 necessary to complete the 2012 ICAO Flight Plan Form changes and other specified corrective maintenance items to allow the AISR to properly function and continue to provide value.
Scope: IT services: Operations, Maintenance, User Support to the Air Traffic Organization (ATO) and other Line of Businesses (LOBs) and Program Management Support.
LST Support: LST provides PMO Acquisition and Contract Management Support for AIO. Acquisition and Contract Management Support for Performance-Based Programs includes the evaluation of Contractor Performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Award Fee Determination, Contracting Officer (CO)/CO Representative (COR) Support, Contract Language Mod/Definition, IGCE Development, Monthly Invoice Audits ($2M-$4M), ODC Auditing, Contract Travel Monitoring and Tracking (>$50K/month), and Documentation Management.
LST provides software modification services required by AJV24 necessary to complete the 2012 ICAO flight plan form changes and other specified corrective maintenance items to allow the Aeronautical Information System Replacement (AISR) to properly function and continue to provide value. We perform software engineering tasks for the modification, evaluation, support and maintenance of all software and associated documentation that includes analysis, design, development, change implementation, and system test and evaluation.
Scope: Installation Support at Government specified locations, Site Survey Reports, Implementation Planning and Procedures, and collaboration with FAA partners including the TSA and members of the FAA NAS Defense Program Flight Data Program to ensure continued functionality.
LST Support: LST provides Installation Support functions in accordance with FAA guidelines for the NAS Defense Program Flight Data Program. LST’s installation support functions include Implementation Program Management, Engineering Services, Site Survey, System Configuration/Installation, Installation Cost Accounting, Configuration Management, Training, and Document Support.
Scope: Program Management (Oversight, Analysis, Implementation and Administration), IT Technical Support (Human Factors, Usability Testing, Database and Applications Development, Network/Workstation Administration and Maintenance), and Onsite Field Engineering Support for the NAS Technical Operations Services.
LST Support: LST provides Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Implementation, and Infrastructure Management Support Services for the Joint FAA/NWS Weather Observation Program for 1,000 Surface Weather Observation Stations: ASOS/AWOS, Automated Lightening Detection and Reporting System (ALDARS), and the Harmonic Cancelation System (HCS).
Scope: This nation-wide contract provides acquisition support services to FAA Contracting Officers, including acquisitions for spares, repair and maintenance of NAS assets, construction services in support of NAS facilities, supplies and other services.
LST Support: As a subcontractor, LST supports the FAA’s Acquisition Organization (AAQ) Field Operations.
Scope: This nation-wide contract provides logistics support, including property management, real estate services, materiel management, and space management, to the National Airspace System (NAS) and other Capital Improvement Projects (CIP).
LST Support: As a subcontractor, LST supports the Real Estate Contracting Officers in the Service Areas, WJHTC and the Aeronautical Center.
Scope: The John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) is a Federal fee-for-service organization within the Research and Innovative Technology Administration (RITA) of the DOT. This Volpe contracting vehicle provides Communications, Navigation, Surveillance (CNS) and Air Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) support for transportation infrastructure through air, water and ground-based transportation systems.
LST Support: As a subcontractor, LST’s specific tasks include: systems engineering and integration, computer science engineering, electronic engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, operations research, industrial engineering, environmental engineering, aeronautical engineering, human factors, system safety engineering, and meteorology.
Scope: IT Investment Analysis support to DOT Office of the CIO (OCIO) at DOT Headquarters in Washington, DC.
LST Support: As a subcontractor, LST provides a strong understanding of compliance and governance requirements, and best practices related to IT.
